Strategic Planning

Values inform vision, which informs mission, goals, and a plan of action.

Values: these are the very foundation of how we see the world and why we show up. The clearer we are about our core values, the better we articulate our vision.

Vision: this is a simple expression of the world and society we yearn to co-create, and which we hope our grandchildren’s grandchildren will know.

Mission: this is the work we will do to achieve our vision within a long-term time frame.

Goals: these are specific expressions of how we implement our mission.

Action plan: this is how we operationalize our goals and measure the extent to which we met them.

Team Building

Effective teams are the foundation of all our work. Teams are groups of people with shared purpose. Effective teams require:

  • Trust

  • Established Expectations (norms)

  • Decision Making Processes that recognize power dynamics

  • Productive ways to navigate conflict
