Decision Making

Participatory and/or Horizontal

Simply because we are trying to be more democratic does not mean we are immune from experiencing dysfunction and/or re-inscribing interlocking systems of oppression in our organizations or groups. For groups seeking to deepen their understanding of participatory decision making, Zachary can offer customized workshop facilitation and opportunities for direct education.

Idiosyncratic roots

Zachary has twenty years and counting of direct experience and education in the idiosyncratic decision making process used by liberal Quakers in the United States, Canada, the UK and many other parts of the world. This is a specialized version of participatory decision making and is the foundation from which he offers expert consultation for any group seeking to “go horizontal” or lean into this more.
